Coin Wallet
Since the start of the year, we have pushed hundreds of commits on the Coin Wallet and deployed three public releases. Starting from V1, Coin Wallet evolved from a desktop cross-chain platform to a browser extension in V2. V3 represents another huge milestone for the network which includes optimizations, fixes, and the integration of our AI assistant.
In addition to a non-custodial wallet and decentralized cross-chain exchange for popular tokens and ETH — ERC20 / BSC-BEP20 blockchains, Coin Wallet has a myriad of features you can find here. In our latest release, Coin Wallet V3 includes updates pertaining to EIP-1559, optimization on gas and network fees, and our AI Assistant. AI Assistant
The integrated AI Assistant for the Coin Wallet is now live! Coin Assistant is the world’s first financial AI assistant for digital assets intended to help users save time and money. Dubbed as the “Grammarly” of crypto, the integrated AI assistant transforms the traditional financial experience by highlighting and providing insights for finance-specific keywords on any web page.
The assistant also enables the ability to execute transactions by simply typing a command in any input field. ie. “Send $50 Bitcoin”. For those who prefer extra assistance, the assistant can help users buy, send, and exchange transactions in a guided step-by-step process using any input field on a web page. What is currently considered a complex and daunting task for the average consumer, can now be completed in a matter of seconds. Users can also ask the assistant anything from the price of Bitcoin to the 24hr volume on Binance. The combination of decentralized P2P technology, cross-chain interoperability, and AI integration, creates a secure and unparalleled experience to help consumers save time and money.
The initial release of the integrated assistant will be limited to a few core keywords (text and intent recognition) to help users focus and learn the general functionality of the assistant itself. Intent and recognition will continue to be expanded as we improve the neural engine for the assistant. Future versions will be more robust in knowledge and also include support for voice. You can use this guide to help you use the assistant.
We are also exploring other use cases for our assistant technology including an in-browser chat widget that companies can use to allow users to interact with their wallet, offer support, engage with their community, and more. This would allow the assistant technology to be used without requiring a download and can be used as a service by any company. While this is still in its early stages, this could represent a new opportunity and stream of revenue for the company as well. Here’s a preview below:

Coin Swap
Coin Swap is our desktop P2P cross-chain decentralized exchange that is compatible with popular Web3 cryptocurrency wallets and any Internet web browser. It utilizes the same atomic swap technology in the Coin Wallet; however, does not include a native wallet or the Coin Assistant. This enables users to connect their favorite web3 cryptocurrency wallet (including Coin Wallet) and does not require the installation of a browser extension.
The initial version of Coin Swap supports cross-chain swaps between BTC <> ETH <> COIN. However, we are limiting this release to only connecting with Metamask at this time (which is not compatible with Bitcoin). Therefore the scope of this release is focused on only Metamask Web3 wallet integration and ERC20 swaps until later in Q1 by which Coin Wallet will be supported (as Coin Wallet is cross-chain and supports Bitcoin as well).
Since this is a new platform and we are dealing with real user funds on MainNet, we want to scale the release of the product to ensure that there is no risk of losing funds or unexpected issues that haven’t been accounted for during our quality assurance / testing. In addition to cross-chain swaps, we are extremely excited about Coin Swap as future versions (already developed) include intelligent routing technology that optimizes user fees, user-provided automated market-making (AMM) liquidity pools, and yield farming. These features are currently being tested and will be released in the near future.

What’s Next?
As previously committed, we have also created a new liquidity pool to rebalance the liquidity to previous ratio levels on Uniswap. The new liquidity pool is now live on the latest version of Uniswap V3 (instead of the previous version of Uniswap V2). You can find details of the pool on Dextools and trade $COIN here on Uniswap. Excess $COIN from the rebalance has been added to the reserve smart contract and as normal, be automatically distributed as rewards for stakers on the network.

In this year, we’ve been able to deploy three major releases for the Coin Wallet, Coin Swap, with more updates coming in January. The culmination of all of this hard work is coming to fruition. We are starting to hit all cylinders with our firm core team and are excited about what 2022 will bring.
